1. What we collect
Account data (email, password hash), workspace data you provide (business profile, knowledge sources), and data generated by using the service: visitor conversations, extracted leads and tickets, call transcripts, follow-up drafts, usage records, and audit logs. We also collect basic technical data (IP, browser) for security and rate limiting.
2. Visitor data your assistant collects
When visitors chat with your widget or call your voice line, their messages and any contact details they share are stored in your workspace for you. You are the controller of that data; we process it on your behalf to run your assistant. Do not submit, or configure your assistant to collect, Protected Health Information (PHI) or other regulated health data — Arborg Loop is not HIPAA-compliant and PHI is out of scope for the service (see Terms). You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect visitor data and for any notice or consent your customers require.
3. AI processing
Conversation content is sent to AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate responses, extractions, and drafts. We use these providers under terms that do not permit them to train their public models on your API data.
4. Sub-processors
We rely on Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI models), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). Each processes only what is needed for its function.
5. Data isolation & security
Workspace data is isolated with Postgres Row-Level Security enforced at the database. Transport is encrypted (TLS); credentials are hashed; service keys are server-only. Sensitive actions are audit-logged.
6. Retention & deletion
Workspace data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation, then may be deleted. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time at hello@arborg.ai.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to processing, by contacting hello@arborg.ai. We do not sell personal information.
8. Changes & contact
