Arborg Loop

Terms of Service

Arborg Loop · Last updated July 2026

1. The service

Arborg Loop (app.arborg.ai) is an AI work system operated by Arborg.ai: AI website assistants, lead capture, support ticketing, follow-up drafting, voice-call ingestion, and related tools. Service descriptions are informational; specific engagements may be covered by a separate written agreement.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity in your workspace. You may not use the service to send spam, harass, break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt the platform, or resell access without written permission.

3. AI outputs — accuracy and your review

Responses are generated by artificial intelligence, grounded in the knowledge you provide. AI can be wrong: outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and we make no guarantee of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them — including follow-up drafts, which are only sent after your explicit approval — and you are solely responsible for what your assistant says to your customers. Treat AI outputs as a first draft to be checked, not as professional advice.

4. Not for regulated or high-risk use (no PHI / HIPAA)

The service is a general business tool. It must not be used to provide legal, medical, or financial advice, or for any use where an inaccurate AI response could cause injury or legal harm. In this phase, Arborg Loop is not HIPAA-compliant, we are not a HIPAA Business Associate, and we will not sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Do not submit, or configure your assistant to collect, Protected Health Information (PHI) or other regulated health data. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws that apply to your business.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the business knowledge, conversations, leads, and tickets in your workspace. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service (storing, processing, and passing content to AI model providers to generate responses). Handling details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly cap on AI conversations that varies by plan (see Pricing). When you reach your cap, your assistant hands visitors to you gracefully — sharing your contact details rather than going silent — and we prompt you to upgrade; we do not bill surprise overage fees. We apply reasonable per-request and per-minute rate limits to protect the platform, and may throttle or suspend usage that is abusive or that threatens service stability.

7. Plans, trials & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial (no card required); if you add a plan, billing begins when the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from Billing — access continues to the end of the current paid term, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Promotional codes (e.g. launch offers) apply only on the terms stated with the offer. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. After cancellation, workspace data is retained for 30 days, then may be deleted.

8. Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business results (leads, conversions, or revenue). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create abuse, security, or unlawful-use risk. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Questions: hello@arborg.ai.
